Nine-year-old Julianna made finals in her first USS Swimming meet, the T2 Naples Open as she achieved a National Motivational “B” time in the 50-yard Freestyle (10th) with a time of 38.20. Julianna also swam the 100-yard Free (12th), 50-yard Backstroke (16th), 50-yard Breaststroke (17th) and 50-yard Butterfly (9th). Well done, Julianna!

Despite rain and cold temperatures, our swimmers posted 25 best times and qualified for finals in 22 events. Our next competition will be this coming weekend, the SRQ Winterfest meet at the Arlington Park pool in Sarasota.
